Abstract

¸ñÀû : º» ¿¬±¸´Â Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø °£È£»çÀÇ ±àÁ¤½É¸®¿ª·®°ú º¸»óÀÌ ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâ¿äÀÎÀ» ÆľÇÇϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© ½ÃµµµÇ¾ú´Ù.

¹æ¹ý : ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀÚ´Â ÀÎõ±¤¿ª½Ã¿¡ ¼ÒÀçÇÑ 1°³ »ó±ÞÁ¾ÇÕº´¿ø, 2°³ Á¾ÇÕº´¿ø¿¡ ±Ù¹« ÁßÀÎ 6°³¿ù ÀÌ»ó ÀçÁ÷ÇÑ °£È£»ç 350¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ½Ç½ÃµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ÀÚ·á¼öÁý±â°£Àº 2019³â7¿ù 22ÀϺÎÅÍ 8¿ù 10ÀϱîÁö ½ÃÇàµÇ¾ú´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS 24.0 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÑ t-test, ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression AnalysisÀ¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú : ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº ÃÖ±Ù 1³â »çÁ÷Ã浿°æÇèÀÌ ¡®Çѹøµµ ¾ø¾ú´Ù¡¯(¥â=.11, ¥ñ =.023), ±àÁ¤½É¸®¿ª·®(¥â=.43, ¥ñ<.001), º¸»ó Áß Æ¯±ÇÀû º¸»ó(¥â=.25, ¥ñ<.001), ±ÝÀüÀû º¸»ó(¥â=-.20, ¥ñ=.001), Á÷¹«Àû º¸»ó(¥â=-.15, ¥ñ=.039)À̾úÀ¸¸ç, ¸ðÇüÀÇ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 27.8%¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð : º» ¿¬±¸°á°ú¸¦ Åä´ë·Î ±àÁ¤ ½É¸® ¿ª·®À» Çâ»ó½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ±³À°À̳ª ÈÆ·Ã ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ °³¹ßÇÏ°í, ¾÷¹«¿Í ´É·Â¿¡ ¸Â´Â ÀûÀýÇÑ º¸»óü°è¸¦ ÅëÇÏ¿© °£È£»çµéÀÌ º¸»ó¹Þ°í ÀÖÀ½À» ÀÎÁöÇÏ°Ô ÇÑ´Ù¸é, ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¸¦ ³ôÀÌ°í, Àå±â ±Ù¹«¸¦ À¯µµÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: This study is conducted in order to identify a positive psychological capital and rewards as variables in relation to the retention intention of hospital nurses.

Methods: The participants were consisted of 350 nurses with 6 months or more of total work experience in 1 senior general hospital and 2 general hospitals in Incheon and individual data were collected from July 22 to August 10. 2019. Collected data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s Correlation Coefficient, and Multiple Regression Analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 24.0.

Results: It was confirmed that the factors affecting the retention intention were never had any resignation impulse¡¯ in the past year (¥â=.11, p=.023), positive psychological capital (¥â=.43, p
